Roacc Building Services provides roped access and other difficult access services.
From 2003 we successfully completed several projects, from quick one day installation of bird protection systems, night time works on aerials of London to three months renovation works of 1960 office buildings.
Roped access
In many cases such as small and medium project or regular maintenance roped access is a great alternative to scaffolding and cherry picker. It is safe and cost effective and far less time consuming minimizing disruption and impact on surrounding area that is unavoidable with scaffolding/cherry picker access methods.
In order to perform our works in most safe manner we are trained to IRATA (Industrial Rope Access Trade Association) standard - currently the most comprehensive certification method in roped access industry worldwide. To give our clients complete peace of mind we hold Public Liability insurance up to 2 Million per incident (although with our safe working practice we had no claims in 5 years of being in business - touch wood).
